AS Labruna: the FPT after-sales network accelerates towards innovation

30-01-2026 | Company News

Monopoli – The FPT after-sales network of AS Labruna takes a new step forward on its path of growth and innovation. The company headquarters hosted the Premium After Sales AS Labruna Network Event, the annual meeting dedicated to the FPT after-sales world, which brought together 33 authorized Service Points from Southern Italy.

The meeting focused on AS Labruna’s Vision 2026: turning its network into a European benchmark in terms of operational efficiency, process digitalization and customer experience quality.

“In our Vision 2026, the network must become a model for all of Europe: a measurable system where every intervention is tracked and customer satisfaction is at the center,” explained Massimo Labruna.

After-sales as a strategic lever

Opening the event, the management of AS Labruna and FPT reiterated that after-sales is no longer just technical support, but a strategic lever for competitiveness and customer loyalty.

“Our goal is to build a premium network: fast, digitalized assistance with measurable quality standards,” stated Labruna. Vision 2026 aims for ever-faster response times and objectively measurable service quality.

2025 performance: European benchmark figures

The performance session presented the network’s 2025 results, starting from the European leadership already achieved in previous editions. Key indicators confirm the effectiveness of the operating model: average arrival times under two hours and repair times of around seven hours, demonstrating a highly efficient and structured organization.

Service digitalization and the E Communication protocol

Significant space was dedicated to service digitalization. Following the introduction of the Remote Master kit in 2024, every intervention is now managed through a single ticketing system, digital checklists, and a shared monthly dashboard across the entire network.

During the event, the E Communication protocol was presented: a set of processes and data flows designed to complete interventions as quickly as possible and accurately report every activity performed.

“With E Communication, we turn data into know-how: the past becomes experience for the future,” emphasized Massimo Labruna.

Connected services and predictive maintenance

Innovation also extends to connected digital services. The presented suite includes:

  • Remote Assistance Service (RAS)

  • myFPT app, allowing customers to consult manuals, check spare parts availability and monitor the engine through a connectivity kit

  • Advanced telematics packages with warranty extensions

These solutions concretely pave the way for predictive maintenance, reducing downtime and optimizing customer operations.

Spare parts and uptime: the pillars of a premium network

For AS Labruna, a premium network means ensuring immediate spare parts availability and maximum uptime. The widespread Service Point network and digital information sharing enable fast, coordinated responses, strengthening the overall reliability of after-sales service.

Technical workshops: from theory to practice

In the afternoon, one of the key innovations of the edition took place: three simultaneous technical workshops, where participants worked on real cases of remote diagnostics, critical failures and recurring issues. Technicians shared analyses and reports with the entire audience, fostering direct and practical discussion.

From these sessions, a protocol for analyzing unknown issues was formalized, guiding workshops in systematic data collection, root cause identification and corrective action definition.

“The exchange of experiences allowed us to codify a scientific and fast method to address any unexpected failure,” highlighted Massimo Labruna.

Awards and commitment towards 2026

As tradition dictates, the event concluded with awards for the workshops that stood out in 2025:

  • Best Service Performance: Pisani Roberto s.r.l.

  • Best Service Turnover: Cammisa s.r.l.

  • Best Partnership: Nautica Store s.r.l.

  • Special recognitions: Petronas to Di Pinto Giuseppe s.r.l. and Würth to Sater s.r.l.

The day closed with the shared commitment of workshop managers to fully adopt the 2026 standards.

“All partners have committed to meeting increasingly ambitious KPIs: this is our pact to continue being the best,” concluded Massimo Labruna.

With the Premium After Sales AS Labruna Network Event, AS Labruna and FPT reaffirm their commitment to building an after-sales network that combines performance, innovation and customer centricity, making digitalization one of the main drivers of future growth.
